Unconditional Refund

Within 5 days of receipt of your order, we'll gladly accept returns in a new, unused condition and in original packaging with all parts and manuals included. Please email us at support@animejoyclub.com for return or exchange instructions.

Refunds and Returns For Conditions

If the product has the following problems within 30 days from the day you receive it, we will happy to provide our friendly after-sale service including refund, exchange,or compensation of the product. To qualify for a refund or for returns, the product cannot be damaged, used, or disassembled.

(1)  The product cannot be used and with issues in quality.

(2)  The product is in different size or a different color to what you ordered.

(3)  The product you received does not match the description on the AnimeJoyClub Website.

If the transaction meets the above stated-criteria, you will be eligible for a refund or a return.  When you submit the request, please kindly provide a video or some pictures as proof for showing the issues of the received product.  You can send the proof along with the packing list to us at support@animejoyclub.com.  After we reviewed your provided evidence, we will notify you of our decision via email shortly. We usually take care of all returns / refunds for customers within 3 business days after the receipt of your returned product, unless there are some specific situations.

Generally, the refunds will send back to your original payment method. The currency of your refund should be your original selected.If we're unable to refund your previous selected currency, it will refund as US dollars(USD) The refund amount will take about 1-8 business days to go back to your funding source.

If your funding source is a credit card, it may take some time and it will be refunded before officially posted. You may want to contact your credit card center directly for the status of your refund.

 

Decline on Returns and Refunds

(1). Package lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

(2). Past 30 days from the day you receive the product.

(3). Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

 

Shipping Cost

We will refund all payments less any shipping charges. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges as well.


Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately as we ship fast!  Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes to your order. Thanks for your understanding!
